Returns window
Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of research peptides, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed products.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to request a return

- We will confirm eligibility and provide a return address
- Return the items securely packaged; we recommend tracked shipping
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return
Non-returnable items
Opened or unsealed products, products stored incorrectly after delivery, and items returned more than 14 days after delivery are not eligible for refund.
