3. Orders and payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. An order is accepted only when payment has been authorised and a confirmation email has been issued.

4. Shipping

We ship from the UK. Free shipping applies to qualifying orders; otherwise a standard shipping charge applies at checkout. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

5. Returns

Due to the nature of research products, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.

Products are supplied for research purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flex Peptides accepts no liability for any misuse of products, including any use contrary to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
